Virtual Consultation - (Video)

Since many of my clients travel to see me, this virtual consultation option is available for concerns that may not require an immediate visit to the studio. After booking, we will schedule a brief video call to visually assess your piercing and discuss next steps. Please ensure you are able to connect via video and leave your preferred contact method (text or email) at checkout. You will generally be contacted within 24 hours.

While visiting in person is always encouraged and preferred, this service allows me to address specific concerns such as healing progress, irritation, jewelry sizing or quality, aftercare, lifestyle factors that may be influencing healing, and guidance on when an in-studio visit may be necessary. Some issues may appear unremarkable over video but be more noticeable in person; however, this consultation should allow me to reasonably reassure you and provide clear direction forward.

It does not matter whether your piercing was performed by me or elsewhere — I am always willing to help. Please note that in certain situations, removal may be the only appropriate option depending on severity and cause. This is a non-refundable service.

This option may also be used for anatomical questions regarding potential future piercings, though viability cannot always be guaranteed without an in-person assessment. If a concern appears outside the scope of piercing care, I may recommend follow-up with a primary care provider.

Visual assessments at the studio are always complimentary; this option exists for clients who may not have the time or ability to visit in person or who use significant resources to do so. I am confident that most consultations can be resolved within a few minutes.
